Gabrielle's book, The 1% Wellness Experiment – Micro-gains to change your life in 10 minutes a day, challenges the reader to enter into a month-long experiment: using 1% of your day for 1 month to focus on you.
The micro-gain challenges in the book are designed to improve your mood and increase your happiness without, crucially, taking up your valuable time.
And in this author event Gabrielle will be guiding us through several of the exercises and showing us easy ways to create boundaries, deal with our inner critic and overcome anxiety and comparison.
