Over 7 years we have read 500+ self-help books (50+ as a community), interviewed 00s of personal development authors and experts and - most importantly - supported 000s of people to create positive change in their lives. Along the way we have learned a lot about how change works, and while reading the books and watching the TED talks is great we know that it’s when you start sharing the journey - whether you’re interested in changing how you think, feel and/or behave - that the magic really happens.
