Want to start reading more self-help but have no idea where to start?
Start here!
As a journalist and writer, an unapologetic self-help addict and somebody now living a happy and fulfilling life by design, Shelf Help founder Toni Jones loves sharing book recommendations and personal development strategies and techniques.
There’s lots of value in joining the Shelf Help community Read-alongs as part of our Clubhouse membership, but after lots of requests for something a bit more bespoke Toni is now also offering a limited number of 1-2-1 sessions focused on you and your reading habits.
Great for self-help beginners or for anyone looking to reignite a reading habit to support their mental health.
In this 50-minute session Toni will help you explore the areas of your life that could most benefit from focus right now.
And whether you’re looking for more healing, happiness or growth, together you’ll look at what and how you already read, uncover any obstacles to your self-development journey so far, identify where you want to go next on this journey, and create an inspiring, useful and manageable reading plan that will cut through the self-help shelf overwhelm and move you forward
