In-person meetups are BACK!
And we are THRILLED to be hosted by the beautiful Bingham Riverhouse for our West London book clubs this year.
shelf help. is a global self-development book club covering a new title every 2 months and March/April's featured book is Essentialism by Gregory McKeown, a guide to doing less but better that is designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstretched and/or undervalued at home or work.
This March join shelf help. founder Toni for an interactive book club unpacking the key themes from the book and demonstrating how you can apply its lessons in boundary-setting to your own life.
shelf help. book clubs are held in workshop format featuring some guided journaling, discussion prompts and the opportunity to share (or just listen) in intimate groups.
Reading the book in advance is recommended (announced March 1st) but not required.
All shelf help. events are run according to the shelf help. Code of Conduct:
