ABOUT DR JENNA MACCIOCHI
Expert immunologist Dr Jenna Macciochi has over 20 years' experience as a scientist researching the impact of lifestyle on the immune system and she is on a mission to break down the science behind our health and share the secrets of how to be well, for good.
Based in Brighton, Jenna is a lecturer at Sussex University, a qualified fitness instructor and health coach and author of several books.
She is a mother of 5 year old twins and a keen home cook, creating recipes and rituals inspired by her farm-to-table Scottish roots and capturing her family’s Italian heritage.
