(In-person) Well-being Workshop: Festive Self-care at The Hearth club in London

  • The Hearth 16 Lonsdale Road London, England, NW6 6RD United Kingdom (map)

When did Christmas get so stressful?

We spend so much time, energy and money on others at this time of year, while we’re often last on the list to be taken care of.

But this is the deep mid-winter - when it’s dark and cold, and just leaving the house feels harder - and precisely when we need to be looking after ourselves the most.

So this is your invitation to join The Hearth and self-help expert Toni Jones to take some time out of your (probably) crazy seasonal schedule and focus on yourself.

In this session, based on the Shelf Help Club book pick, Self-care for Winter (by Suzy Reading), Toni will support you to identify your biggest seasonal self-care challenges, and then share some simple winter well-being strategies to help you create a bespoke toolkit to use as and when you need.

From harnessing light & colour and embracing nature, to creating comforting rituals and making meaningful connections.

Because we might not be able to hibernate, but we CAN learn simple ways to support our own mental, emotional and physical health, meaning a much merrier time for us and everyone around us.
