How to meditate when you can't sit still: A workshop and guided meditation

Workshop and guided meditation with renowned teacher Swami Saradananda designed to address the physical aspects of the practice

About this event

Sitting Comfortably by Swami Saradananda is the first book to address the physical aspects of meditation and is the perfect read for those of us who can't stop our bodies fidgeting when we're trying to focus the mind.

In this workshop Swami will show you how to overcome mental and physical impediments to meditation - such as getting distracted, finding sitting painful and a lack of time and self-discipline - with little known lifestyle tips, dietary choices and sitting positions.

The session also includes a guided meditation from this incredible teacher and is brilliant for anyone either just starting out or looking to deepen their practice.
