This 26-page Workbook features all-original content designed to complement a 6-week reading of BJ Fogg’s enlightening book.
In it you’ll find a selection of journaling prompts designed to support this chapter of your self-help journey, starting with some intention setting questions and an Accountability Pledge that we recommend printing out and completing before you start any reading.
Then, once you’ve completed the required reading/book exercises according to the Reading Schedule, we suggest that you complete each Worksheet in order.
And you can print out the Workbook and use the journaling space provided OR use the PDFs as reference pages and make notes in your own journal.
