It features regular journal prompts to help readers clarify any insights, as well as space to explore each of the 87 different emotions and feeling states that Brené says 'define what it means to be human’.
The guide has been created to help support you in applying everything you learn in the book to your own life, to better understand your lived experience so far and to forge more meaningful connections with yourself and those around you.
We suggest printing it out and signing the accountability pledge asap (making sure you leave it somewhere you will see it daily) and then tackling each section after reading the relevant chapters.
