Join sh. Founder Toni Jones and psychotherapist and author Zoë Aston, for a workshop featuring exercises from Zoë's book (and programme), Your Mental Health Workout.
Just as we all have physical health, we have mental health too – and it's no less important. We all have areas that need improving and a core that, if strengthened, will help make everything feel a little bit easier.
Your Mental Health Workout encourages you to work on your mind using a simple step-by-step customisable workout programme, structured just like a physical workout and the exercises Zoë will be sharing in this digital workshop will support you in creating healthy and sustainable habits to better take care of your psychological well-being.
Using easy-to-grasp workout metaphors, you will be guided to become stronger, happier and more resilient and learn strategies and techniques you can use immediately to start to get your mental health into really good shape.

INFO ON ZOË ASTON
Zoë is a London-based therapist, mental health consultant, speaker and author with over a decade's experience working with mental health.
She firmly believes that looking after your mind should be as accessible as eating right, sleeping well and physically exercising. Zoë's aim is to bust the stigma of taking care of your mental health, and make basic information about mental health available to all who need it.
