ABOUT THIS EVENT
Journalist-turned-spiritual-seeker James founded Mindful Moments as a way to share everything he was learning, and the Mindful Me Time sessions are a chance to go that little bit deeper.
He says: “I’ve spent the last two-years prioritising my happiness, mental health and overall wellbeing over everything else and it has completely changed the way I see life and deal with life. Over the last few months I’ve actively started teaching some of the mindful practices I have learned, so these online sessions seem like the next logical step.
The concept for Mindful Me Time is very simple. It’s a window in your diary to switch off from your stresses, relax, connect with yourself and consciously create the mindset and life you want.
It is just 30 minutes out of your whole week that you can dedicate to your self-care, self-development and self-love. We spend so much of life neglecting our own self-care and self-love while we constantly run around trying to deal with life. Mindful Me Time is just one small step to help change that.”
