MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH SPECIAL: Instagram LIVE

📣 EVENT UPDATE: Guys (and gals!) we've decided to move our Men's Mental Health event over to Instagram next week, Mon 29th November, 7pm.

That way we can share these tools with more people, and you can watch and learn from the privacy of your IG screen.

The awesome thing about this community is that we get constant feedback on what's working and what's not, and the general vibe seems to be that people just learning about how to share aren't ready to be doing that sharing Live on Zoom just yet.

We hear ya! So we're adapting.

And the awesome thing about modern technology is that we can still create a value-packed workshop for you via the magic of Instagram (that we can then save and share so it impacts more people)...

LINE-UP:

✨ Hosted by shelf help. founder Toni this IG Live event will kick off with a simple, calming breathing exercise led by one of our original members
@kimmykeem designed to help ground and centre you after a busy day

✨ Presenter, mental health advocate and founder of
@thecheckin.co Matt Johnson will then lead a group
check in - introducing us to the benefits of this simple but powerful sharing exercise

✨ shelf help. Host and trainee counsellor*
@Davidmahoneygram will then share some pointers on How To Listen, teaching us how refine our listening skills by understanding how to create safe spaces, how to spot and signpost more serious mental health issues, and the importance of looking after ourselves when we are called on to offer support for friends, family and/or colleagues.

Monday. Live on Instagram 7pm. Join us? 💛
